ACT’s Champions are Alaskan community members that play a huge role in the prevention of child abuse and neglect through their commitment to helping children and youth thrive. \nThis year\, we’re moving our special celebration of Alaskans who go above and beyond for kids to April during Child Abuse Prevention Month. Child Abuse Prevention Month raises awareness of what’s working for kids and communities – and we know Champions for Kids are a beacon of light for prevention! \nPlease save the date to join us to honor our 2025 awardees\, highlight prevention efforts\, and raise funds to prevent child abuse and neglect.
