Alcohol shouldn’t get to choose who you are, what you do, or how you show up for the people you love. Changing how you drink takes work, but like all work, there are tools that can make it easier. Whether you just want to talk with someone who’s been through what you’re going through, set and track goals in an app, or explore getting advice from a counselor, the first step is always the same: knowing where you stand.

You can start today. Check out the list below to figure out what tools are out there, and which ones feel like a good fit for you.
