The Alliance meets once a quarter in an integration session to increase communication, support, and collaboration among Alliance workgroups and teams.
Any participant may suggest a topic for a small group breakout in response to the guiding question- what are the conversations that I am eager for us to have, to move us toward our Alliance objectives? They will host that topic- not necessarily lead, facilitate, or be an expert in- just participate in the breakout room and make sure somebody is taking notes and recording action steps. Using a structured process, we are planning for 2 rounds of small group breakout rooms around the “hosted” topics. Everyone will choose their small group breakout room based on interest.
To prepare, read the Alliance Common Agenda, especially the 6 objectives/commitments in the section “The Difference We Can Make Together” starting on page 2. Reflect on the guiding question and identify topics you are eager to suggest.
