“I Love You, Get Screened”: Status & Vision for Cancer Screening in Alaska

Live Webcast & Interactive Discussion

Wednesday, September 6th

8:30-10:00 a.m. Alaska time

Cancer screening rates took a steep drop during the pandemic. What does this mean for Alaskans? What can we do about it?

At this year’s policy forum, we will be exploring the state of cancer screening in Alaska and taking a deeper dive into the promising future of lung cancer screening. Tune in to learn how far we’ve come, and what we need to ensure all Alaskans have access to life-saving screenings.

Early diagnosis is key not only to basic survival, but also to minimizing disruptions in a patient’s life, and often to reducing the healthcare costs we all bear.

Participate in the discussion on the steps needed to improve the lives of our family and neighbors across our state.

Registration is free and open to the public. Use this Event Information & RSVP link to get all the details!

Join this conversation as we explore the topic from different angles.
