Self Care Strategies for Work and Home

Pandemic fatigue. Zoom fatigue. Political fatigue. It’s real and it has taken a toll on so many of us as we have entered year 3 of the pandemic. Given our changing times, we are offering another training on Self-Care. The interactive training will include three sessions per day via Zoom with plenty of breaks in between. Self-care tools and strategies will be provided for individuals as well as how to bring these tools to your staff. A handful of NWI trainers and special guests will provide the training.

Front line workers to youth workers to tribal leaders, to policy people to prevention workers, to behavioral health and social service staff, to elders, community members, and youth- anyone working for a tribe, tribal or urban agency or for those working with Indigenous people, we hope to see you there!
