Tis nearly the season of office parties, boozy brunches and Pinot-fuelled shopping trips. A time where a cheeky glass of bubbles can make family get-togethers and office small talk a little more bearable and a sip before lunch is perfectly acceptable for no other reason other than it’s Christmas. But have you ever attempted to endure the festive season without alcohol? A fearful notion for some, but surprisingly 37% of Brits will stay sober at Christmas according to a study by Populus and 16% of 25-34 year olds won’t drink at all throughout December.
