Paths To Recovery | A community listening and brainstorming session

You are invited to a community listening and brainstorming session at the Noel Wien Library Auditorium.

Recover Alaska has partnered with the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner and Fairbanks Hospital Foundation to explore solutions to the harmful effects of alcohol over-consumption in our community. In addition to the series of articles, four community listening sessions will be held to solicit ideas from the community. Please join us and be part of the solution!

This community town hall meeting will focus on the substance abuse/alcohol overuse components of Senate Bill 74 and Senate Bill 91. Legislators & Legislative Aides will provide overviews and explain the intent behind the new laws. Leaders from the Departments of Health & Social Services and Corrections will provide information on steps being taken towards implementation of the changes imposed by the new laws. Questions?
