Hormetic Training

From December 16-18, Sapient will be providing a fully immersive weekend experience of Hormetic Training for intrepid enthusiasts and professionals dedicated to health and healing. So, you’re probably wondering, what is hormetic training? It’s a therapeutic modality based on the biological principle of hormesis, which simply means that short bouts of acute stress – when done in a controlled and safe manner – make both our bodies and our minds stronger. Ancient therapies such as ice baths, saunas, and breathwork now have strong scientific evidence proving their efficacy in transforming not only our physiology but our neurology as well.
