The Elements of Recovery

On December 19, the folks from Sapient will be back to hold an intensive workshop on the Elements of Recovery. Through ancestral techniques now validated by scientific research – ice baths, heat, and breathwork – we will work to transform the physiological and neurological substrates of addiction and recovery. Just a few hours is enough to get a taste for the power of the elements and feel their effects on mind and body. Our goal here is to move past old narratives and break free of entrenched patterns. The elements allow us to awaken our own innate strength, vitality, and inner peace.
