YWCA Alaska Women’s History Month – Accomplishments at Home: Fireside Chat

March 30, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

We’re so excited to bring you this interactive panel discussion on the role of women in the home, in society, and gender stereotypes at large. We’ll watch a 20-minute film which addresses a number of these issues, and then discuss it with community leaders. Join Michael Fredericks: President of Salt, community leader, advocate, and all-around wonder woman to discuss issues facing women today.

Covid information: Tickets are limited to allow for social distancing. Please stay home if you have a fever or are feeling ill, or if you have been exposed to someone who has recently tested positive. Masks will be required at this event.

Thanks to the generosity of Anchorage Museum, this will be a hybrid event. If you can’t join us in person, you can watch live online. If you’re interested in joining us virtually, please register for a virtual ticket instead of an in-person ticket.

See below for information about the host and panelists. We hope to see you there!
