YWCA Alaska Women’s History Month – Summer Strong & Ski Babes Live Workout

March 29 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

This will be a 45 minute long, all-levels workout.

What to bring:

  • Wear supportive footwear & bring a water bottle
  • Bring the Mind & Mountain Training toy package if you have it, if you don’t – no worries!
  • Bring trekking poles if you might need extra support and stability

Get ready to be surprised at how quickly you feel yourself getting stronger! You can anticipate the good-kind-of-sore, on the way to gaining functional strength, mobility, and endurance. And you’ll increase stability & alignment in your movements, helping prevent injuries and keep you playing in the mountains for years to come.

Covid information: Space is limited so we can insure social distancing. Masks are required for entering and exiting the event. Please stay home if you have a fever or are feeling ill, or if you have been exposed to someone who has recently tested positive.
